How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders within the UK and Germany, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. For other EU orders, it usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive.
Will you send me the tracking number?
You might received our system inform in 48 hours after placed the order. The progress of shipment processing is immediate, but it may take some time for the carrier to return the tracking number to our system. Therefore, it is possible that by the time you receive the tracking number, the package is already on the way/about to arrive.
What is your refund policy?
We can offer a full refund within 30 days after purchased, please see our refund policy for details.
Can I get replacement if the chair's part defected?
Yes of course, contact us via chat or mail, simply write down your issue details, recipient address. We will reply you in 24 hours and send out the replacement parts in 48 hours.
How can I return the products if I don't want it anymore/ it's defected?
You can contact us for an address before returning the item, or we can arrange a pickup for you. However, not all orders can be picked up for free. For details, please refer to the refund policy.
