Shipping and Time Frame

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day of placing the order, orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday

Note: Due to Covid-19, shipments will be delayed 1-3 days.

Shipping Method

Currently, we offer free shipping to UK & DE on all products and will use the following carriers.

(The scope of free shipping starts from one chair, and there is no limit to the quantity. All accessories are not covered by free shipping)

Courier & Delivery Time

 

DPD Standard(Regular choice) - To UK, DE

2-4 working days

YODEL Express 48 - To UK,DE

3-5 working days

DPD Standard - To France, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic

 5-10 working days

Note: The estimated delivery date may vary depending on your region. If you find that the logistics information has not been updated for more than 3 days, or the shipment has not been received within 7 days, please contact us to find the package or reissue it for you.

Except for the UK and Germany, all other EU regions that can be delivered are delivery by DPD Standard, and a fixed shipping fee of £15 will be charged.

How to track your order

To track your order, please visit your BASETBL account or shipping confirmation email to get the tracking number. Then enter your tracking number at 17track https://www.17track.net. Or enter your tracking number to the courier website we informed.

Change your delivery address

We are currently unable to provide address modification services once the parcel shipped. But before the order is shipped, you can contact us to modify the recipient address, or cancel the order and modify the address to place a new order. We will carry out the delivery for the previous day's order in the early morning of the second day.
